ROSA FERNANDEZ

Our Loving Rosa 'Rosin' Fernandez sadly passed away on Wednesday November 22, 2023, at the age of 61, at Lahey hospital Burlington Mass. Rosin was born on July 15, 1962 in Ponce,PR and was the daughter of late Felix Fernandez Diaz and Onelia Ruiz. She graduated Hartford High School and continued her education at HCC where she got her associate's for English language arts. Rosin worked for Mass mutual HR department for a few years. She enjoyed spending time with her friends at Quality life and VCare program where she loved to sing,dance play bingo and scratch tickets. She was also an avid football fan, her favorite team was the New York Giants. However, playing dominoes was her all time favorite..but  what she enjoyed the most was spending time with her children and grandchildren, she was a very proud grandma❤️ Rosa will be remembered for her beautiful smile which can brighten up a whole room. 

Rosin is survived and will be dearly missed by her five children; Edelyn Miranda, Jose 'Macho' Miranda, Gavier 'Gabby' Fernandez, Luis 'Luisito' Rios, and Jaritza 'Jary' Rios. Her brothers; Felix 'Jun' Fernandez, Reimundo 'Rey' Fernandez and Felix 'Noel' Fernandez 

Her sisters; Maria 'Mady' Fernandez-Rivera, Olga 'Oly' Fernandez, Yolanda 'Gongui' Fernandez, Esmeralda Rosa and 10 other brothers and sisters. 23 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews..

Rosin was also predeceased by her parents Felix Fernandez Diaz, Onelia Ruiz and her loving brother Jose Antonio 'Tony' Fernandez..

For her children Rosin was Mami but for Holyoke she was 'MAMA'..
