Leo M. Roberts, 92, of Alvord Place, South Hadley, passed away peacefully at home on March 6, 2026. He was born in Holyoke, October 5, 1933, son of late William Roberts and Regina Roberts. Leo was educated in Holyoke and became a member of the Massachusetts National Guard. He married the love of his life, Constance Beaudry in Precious Blood Church on October 7, 1950. They first lived in Holyoke, then moved to South Hadley, where they raised their four children. Leo enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Some favorite memories for the family were when Leo packed up the family and drove to California to see Grandma. Leo enjoyed golfing and was a longtime member of the Joe D. Golf League in Agawam. He also enjoyed spending one weekend a year golfing on Cape Cod with his sons. Leo will be deeply and sadly missed by his loving family, and many cherished friends; he will always be remembered for his kindness, strength, and his unconditional love and devotion to his family. Leo is survived by his four children, Steven Roberts and wife Joyce, Lawrence Roberts, Timothy Roberts and wife Sue, all of South Hadley, and Daughter Jennifer Heroux of Northeast Maryland. His nine grandchildren; Christopher, Bethany, Kevin, Justin, Craig, Rebbecca, Brendon, Kamryn, and Devin, and eight great grandchildren. Calling hours will be Sunday March 15 at the La Rosa Funeral Home, 254 Main Street, Holyoke. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice in Leo’s name.
