Jose Juan Ortiz, “Chiwang” 54, a longtime resident of Springfield passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024 at home.  He was born August 5, 1969 to Jesus Ortiz and Carmen Iris (Velazquez) in Juncos, PR. Jose enjoyed listening to music and loved cars. Chiwang leaves his parents, Jesus Ortiz, Carmen I. Velazquez, daughter, Tiana Lee Ortiz, Son, Raybian Ortiz, four brothers, Andy Ortiz, Joselito Ortiz, David Grace, Fatian Garland, sister, Marisol Ortiz, many nieces, nephews, extended family and an abundance of friends to cherish his memory.
