DIANNE TORRES

1977 - 2020

 

SPRINGFIELD- Dianne Torres, 43, died at home Monday, October 12, 2020. She was born February 4, 1977 in Camden, New Jersey.  Daughter of the late Miguel Angel Torres and Emma Rodriguez.  As a child Dianne attended DeBerry school, was a high school graduate and obtained a certificate in Medical Assisting from Bradford Hall. Dianne was an amazing daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, godmother, and grandmother. Dianne loved music, late night snacks, cleaning, cooking, who would make an unforgettable honey ham and she absolutely loved, loved, loved shopping. It was almost impossible to get her to leave a store. She was a beautiful, strong willed, smart, determined, courageous women who lived for her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed the time she spent with her kids. Dianne was also a classy lady who always smelled good, she was incredibly supportive, protective and was always available to those who needed her.  Dianne’s dancing, singing, rapping, and caring ways amongst other things will be greatly missed.  There is not ever forgetting her! She was predeceased in 2003 by the love of her life Luis Santos. Yaya will be deeply missed by her mother Emma Rodriguez, her five daughter’s, Key-ara Torres, Kayla Santos, Dianne Santos, Allysa Santos, Aliyah Santos, 9 adored grandchildren, 2 sisters, Maritza and Emma, many nieces, nephews, many dear friends and extended family members.  This fearless women will forever live in our hearts. This is not a goodbye but a thank you for being a part of our lives.  We love you Always Mommy, as those who knew you called you "Yaya", "Bibi", "Dianne".
