Music by The Piano Brothers

Carmen Rosario was born to Carmen and Vicente Nieves in Hartford, Connecticut, on January 27, 1985.  She grew up in Holyoke, Massachusetts, with her brother Victor, two sisters, Luz and Jessica.  Carmen worked for the Holyoke Health Center as a Pharmacy Technician.  Later in life Carmen was blessed with a daughter Evanie and son Avian.  She was a devoted mother who served her family with love.  Carmen was not only a mother but a best friend to her kids, she loved them unconditionally.  Her passion was the time spent with them.  Throughout her life Carmen shared her love in countless ways.  She was always there to listen whenever you needed someone to talk to.  There was never a time when you couldn’t count on her.  Carmen enjoyed telling jokes and was a funny, outgoing, life of the party kind of person. She had a special, unique smile, one that would brighten anyone’s day.  A smile that will never be forgotten.  Carmen will be deeply missed by her parents, Carmen (Rosario) and Vicente Nieves, her loving partner Samantha Wallace, two adored children, Evanie and Avian, brother, Victor Nieves, two sisters, Luz Estrada and her partner Rebecca Torres, Jessica Colon and her partner Maria Colon, nieces and nephews, many dear friends and extended family members.

Our hearts go out to you Avian and Evanie, and family and friends. Carmen's body has been taken from us, but no one can take away the happy memories. One thing I remember is that she was so happy to see Avian go through the waters of baptism. Carmen trusted Jesus Christ as her Savior and desired others to do the same. Her love of people was very evident. Avian and Evanie- We love you and hope that you keep coming to Sunday School. Don Munson Family at Mountain View Baptist Church
