ANGEL LUIS BAEZ

  1949 - 2015

CHICOPEE- Angel Luis Baez, 66, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Willimansett Center East Nursing Home. He was born in Comerio, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Agustin Baez and Petronila (Rivas). He was a warm, caring, dedicated husband and father.  His passion was his family and loved the time they spent together. Angel dedicated 20 years of his life to Our Lady Of Perpetual School where he worked as a janitor.  He was predeceased by his wife Nelly Baez.  Angel will be deeply missed by his sons; Angel Luis Baez of Springfield; Luis Rafael Baez of Boston; Luis Alberto Baez and his wife Alexandra of El Paso, TX; his daughters; Ines Baez of Holyoke; Maria Baez of Holyoke; Migdalia Rodriguez of Holyoke; Nelida (Baez) Gonzalez and her husband Ruben of Springfield; and his twenty three adored grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren. Angel also leaves his extended family and many friends to cherish his memory. Visiting hours will be Wednesday, April 1, 2015 from 6 to 8pm at Iglesia Sol De Justicia, 193 Elm Street, Holyoke, MA  01040.  The Funeral service and ceremony will begin on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 9:30 at Iglesia Sol De Justicia and followed by the burial in Forestdale Cemetery, 300 Cabot Street, Holyoke, MA. Compai Angel you were always there for us whenever we needed advice. You always made Christmas and holidays fun with your guitar and you and comai nelly always cooked delicious food.we always will remember all the small things that meant everything to us your kindness was truly a blessing we will not forget love you.

Tio luis I miss u a lot all the good memories I got from u i wild sage it I remember when u use to go to my school and bring me things to eat u were like a second dad to me I wild never forget u tio now that u with God u not suffering of any sickness and now u back with u wife and rest of family I will always have u in my heart and memories I will never forget u thanks for been my uncle and thanks for been there for me and talking on the phone every day with me love u 😭😭😭😭R.I.P love u ~Yaira~

Bien sabe Dios por el dolor que está atravesando, el conoce su sufrir, por tal razón nos aconseja, “Arroja tu carga sobre Jehová mismo, y él mismo te sustentará” Salmos 55:22. Que maravillosa la promesa que declara la esperanza que existe para los fallecidos. “Va a haber resurrección así de justos como de injustos.” (Hechos 24:15.) “[Dios] limpiará toda lágrima de sus ojos, y la muerte no será más, ni existirá ya más lamento ni clamor ni dolor. Las cosas anteriores han pasado”. “Viene la hora en que todos los que están en las tumbas conmemorativas oirán su voz y saldrán” (Revelación 21: 4) (Juan 5:28, 29.) Que maravilloso será jamás tener que temer la muerte, así lo promete Dios en Isaías 25:8, “[Dios] realmente se tragará a la muerte para siempre”. Espero estos versos le den paz hasta que se cumplan las profecías bíblicas.
